ABOUT US

TexLA Development Group started as a vision in 2017, after Hurricane Harvey hit Southeast Texas, amongst other areas along the Gulf Coast.

My name is Ja Cee Stanley, an Orange County native. Making the decision to become a Licensed Texas Realtor® in 2017. Building
relationships with City & County officials, Influential Business Professionals, joining the Orange & Port Arthur Chambers of Commerce.

Chosen to be a part of The Collaborative Big 12, an Elite group of Realtors® Participating in Builders’ Boost in the Houston area.
Strengthening bonds and extending our outreach. As well as keeping informed on Industry updates.

We quickly recognized the need for new construction & commercial
development. With ample Raw land available, we began our mission. Introducing the Community Development concept to the Golden Triangle.

Focused on Promoting Our Local Area Leaders involved in the Development process, Builders Boosts, as well as extending The Collaborative Big 12 to our local area. Keeping money in the
SETX. Establishing Communities where families can confidently establish their lives when making the decision to build in a planned community with amenities.

All while focusing on retention of the growth and development of the Golden Triangle
